| Architectural Review Updates & Spring Maintenance As our neighborhood ages more home improvement projects are being initiated. Be on the lookout for instructions on how to submit ARC requests and helpful hints for project approvals. Even “small” projects such as painting doors and shutters require an ARC approval before work can begin as to ensure they conform to existing color palettes and structural design criteria. These instructions and hints will be posted on the portal and neighborhood website. We are actively working to make this process easier to use with quicker turnaround times on feedback. If you’re interested in applying to be on the ARC committee please email the board. As springtime approaches below is a helpful guide for projects around your home and yard.
