Thinking about planning a pool party this summer? If you would like to schedule a pool party, you must fill out two online forms. You also agree to cover the hourly cost of the dedicated lifeguard for your pool party. For more information, call The Pool Management Group @ 704.529.2969.

Swimming Pool Rules – 2022 Season
It is the responsibility of each Resident to see that these Rules are enforced to maintain a safe pool area for the use and recreation of all Residents and Guests. The Board of Directors has the obligation and the right to suspend the pool privileges of any Resident who abuses the privilege or creates a safety hazard for others.
SEASON INFORMATION:
The 2022 pool season will run from May 28th – September 5th. Additional September weekends may be added to the season at the discretion of the Board of Directors and The Pool Management Group.
- The pool will be staffed and maintained by The Pool Management Group.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
*Regular Season: June 10 – August 28
Monday … 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Tuesday … 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Wednesday … 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Thursday … 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Friday … 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
Saturday … 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Sunday … 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Please bring any violations of the pool rules to the attention of the lifeguard on duty first. You may also report the issue to Hawthorne Management via email with details including name, date, & circumstance.
