Pool Information 2018

UPDATE JUNE 1, 2018:

Announcing Our New Security Gate System!

Our new pool gate, security system has been installed! You will notice that the main gate will continue to be the entrance. The side gate will be unchained during pool hours, but will only function as an exit. This allows the lifeguards to greet all visitors as they arrive to the pool and sign in.

Keep an eye out for your new key fob. The new key fobs are on a key chain, so they are easier to carry around. The pool committee will be delivering fobs to your front door this evening and tomorrow, so be sure to check for a CAMS envelope with the fob inside.

**Beginning Sunday, June 3rd, all residents will need to use their new blue fob to enter the main gate of the pool.

** If you have problems with your fob, please email hamptonridge@hotmail.com for help.

Welcome to the 2018 Pool Season! We hope you enjoy the pool and the updates that are planned (community announcement board, new toys to share, updated bathroom equipment, etc).

In order to enjoy a safe season, please review the updated pool rules below. The Pool Committee has also provided a few FAQ:

1. I lost my pool fob! Who do I contact? Please contact CAMS: cscharlotte@camsmgt.com to request payment procedure for a new card. A new or replacement card is $40.

2. Can I bring my glass casserole dish or glass beverage on the pool deck? No glass items are allowed on the pool deck. Broken glass in the pool will immediately close and drain the pool.

3. Why do I have to sign-in this year? The HOA would like to keep track of the number of guests (4 non-residents per household) and unaccompanied minors (ages 13-17) that visit our pool. A sign-in sheet holds all residents accountable for the safety and security of the pool.

4. I’d like to host a party at the pool. How do I hire an extra life-guard and reserve a party time? Please fill out a pool party request form. Copies are available at the pool and a link to download the form here.
